Appliancepartspros.com dryer pro - Electric dryer

Great but misinformed service, lousy parts. I needed drum guides for my dryer. Looked at this website and their video re repair. All seemed straight forward so called and ordered parts with assistance of helpful staff. Paid for expedited shipping. Parts came very quickly.Took apart dryer even though video for this part was wrong dryer.Turned out parts didn't fit. Long story short they used parts that aren't the actual part you order but claim they still should work. After multiple calls a great customer rep gave me the original part number and I confirmed and ordered that part from Sears but will take 8 days. Long story short I had to pay for shipping back so double extra pay for shipping and waiting to see if proper credit.Not sure why they didn't originally advise they don't use original parts but lots of extra expense and delay with no real remedy.
